Terms and conditions.

Kropf Marketing provides these referral services under the following terms and conditions.

1. Referral listings can include a web address, email or phone number.

2. Payments

    Payments must be made prior to the commencement of the month or term of listing.

    Term dates start on the 1st of the month.

3. Elapsed payments

    Organisations who do not renew their listings will loose their ranking.

4. Renewals

    Renewals need to be made and paid for 3 working days prior to the end of the existing paid term.

    Renewal listing will maintain their current ranking unless.

    Late renewals will not be accepted and will be treated as new applications.

5. Placements

    New listings will be placed at the next available slot

    A maximum of 10 listings applies to all categories

    Existing listings will never move down our scale of 1 to 10

    If  elapsed listing occur, all subsequent listing will be escalated to a high ranking where appropriate.

6. Listing limitations

    To provide a fare selection to the public, no organisation can have more than 1 listing in any one referral page.

7. Disclaimer

    Due to the dynamic nature of internet content and search engines, we can not guarantee any search results or placement. It is obviously in our interest and yours to get the best possible response for our clients. Any loss of rating or internet prominence is not refundable and clients are under no obligation to continue their advertising beyond their pre paid months.

No guarantee can be made that the listings will maintain the same prominence in web searches.

Help yourself

It is expected that participating organisation will provide a link on their own website pointing to the referral page they are advertising on. Whilst not compulsory, this will help maintain a higher profile listing in web search engines.
